If KuaiLian VPN iOS profiles won't remove, delete VPN entries under Settings → VPN, remove profiles under General → VPN & Device Management, reboot, reinstall from App Store per download page; avoid unsigned sideload profiles.
After changing Apple ID, routes behaved like the old account—Settings → VPN still held stale configs. Deleting only the app leaves profiles that return on reinstall. iOS VPN stacks depend on system profiles; order matters.
Cleanup order
- Sign out and disconnect inside KuaiLian.
- Settings → VPN → remove all KuaiLian entries.
- Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → remove KuaiLian profiles.
- Reboot; confirm VPN list empty.
- Reinstall via download page App Store/TestFlight notes and iOS guide.
Still grey or locked
MDM-managed work phones may block removal—contact IT. On personal devices check Screen Time VPN restrictions and iOS beta quirks.
When to reset network settings
If profiles are gone but connectivity stays wrong, reset network settings (Wi-Fi passwords cleared). Test KuaiLian alone before stacking other VPN tools.
